Paul Odita has over 10 years’ worth of experience in the management of collateralized transactions with both local and international financial institutions as well as private trade financiers.
He is driven by value creation, customer satisfaction, professionalism, integrity, trust and responsiveness. He is diligent, vibrant, dedicated, analytical, a team player and a great motivator. As the Head of Operations in Continental Logistics, Paul Odita was strongly involved in developing and owning the operational processes and procedures.
Paul is a graduate of Business Administration from Lagos State University of Science and Technology. He has attended many pieces training/seminars on Grain and Silo management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Export of Agro commodities and Logistics.
He has attended various business management courses on Strategic business planning, governance, building a successful team, Operation plan guide, customer needs, improving profitability, strategy formulation and execution from the African Management Institute (Affiliate of the Stratford University), the Ausso Leadership Academy and the Multimix Academy.
